HOW TO APPLY

Ready for the toughest summer you’ll ever love? Follow these next steps to begin your journey!

1. 1. Pray about your plans.
   2. Fill out our staff application. We cannot hire you if you do not apply! You can find all the information and begin the process on our camp web site, www.campheritage.org/employment or use this link.
   3. Interview.  Once your application is complete and your reference forms have been received, we will contact you for an interview. These interviews will likely be in the form of either in-person, via telephone or via a video interview if you are a new staff member or a ‘catch up conversation’ if you are a returning staff.
   4. Job Offer.  It is possible that at the end of your interview you will be given a conditional job offer. In most cases, however, we will strive to be back in contact with you within two weeks to let you know the status of your application.
   5. Forms.  If you are given a conditional job offer, you will be sent a contract and other documents, either via email or snail mail, depending on your situation. Look them over carefully to make sure the details are correct. Then fill out the forms and return them as soon as possible.
   6. Certifications.  If you are hired for a position that requires certifications or extra training, such as a lifeguard or boat driver, prepare and submit those documents as soon as possible.
   7. Pray and prepare for your summer as a missionary to young people!
